Delete Account Policy
Users of the Arvyax app can request permanent deletion of their account and associated data at any time. Once processed, the account and related information will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
1. How Users Can Delete Their Account
- Open the app
- Go to Profile
- Tap Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
2. Alternative Request Method
- Users may also request deletion by contacting contact@arvyax.com
- Or by submitting a request through arvyax.com/delete-account
3. What Data Gets Deleted
- Profile information
- Uploaded content
- Messages and activity history
- Authentication data
- Preferences and settings
4. Retention Timeline
Deletion requests are processed within 7–30 days.
5. Consequences of Deletion
- The account cannot be recovered
- Purchases or subscriptions may be lost
- Access to app services will end permanently
