Arvyax - Terms of Service

Welcome to Arvyax. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Arvyax mobile application, hardware devices (including SoulStrip), immersive experiences, AI-powered services, websites, APIs, software, and related content ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 or the legal age applicable in your region to use Arvyax. Parents or guardians permitting minor use are fully responsible for their supervision.

Arvyax provides multi-sensory wellness and productivity experiences using hardware such as SoulStrip, AI-driven ambience systems (audio, scent, light, thermal, airflow, projections), and a companion mobile app that supports accounts, analytics, and guidance.

Unless a commercial agreement exists, the Services are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or publicly demonstrate Arvyax systems without written approval.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Arvyax may suspend accounts in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violations of the Terms.

Arvyax supports wellness but does not provide medical care. Consult a licensed professional before use if you have health concerns, are pregnant, or have medical conditions.

• Stop use immediately if you experience discomfort, breathing difficulty, dizziness, or adverse reactions.
• Do not use Arvyax hardware in unsafe environments or while operating vehicles.
• Arvyax is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse or unsupervised minor use.

All designs, hardware, software, algorithms, content, ambient experiences, brand identity, and documentation are the exclusive property of Arvyax Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or claim ownership of Arvyax systems or AI outputs.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Upload malware, breach security, or harvest personal data.
• Use Arvyax to develop or train competing products or sensory systems.
• Manipulate sensory outputs beyond recommended guidelines.

Violations may result in termination or legal action.

Purchases, fees, and subscriptions may change at any time. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law or covered by a specific policy. Hardware purchases follow separate warranty and return terms.

Arvyax may integrate third-party APIs, payment processors, or login services. Arvyax is not responsible for their policies or performance. Review their terms separately.

Your use is governed by the Arvyax Privacy Policy. Arvyax may collect usage and sensory metrics to improve personalization, recommendations, and safety. We do not sell personal data.

Beta or prototype features may be unstable. By opting in, you accept risks and allow Arvyax to use feedback for improvements.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arvyax is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months.

Arvyax may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated or required by law. You may stop using the Services anytime.

Arvyax may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use signifies acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise.
